3. 4.	FORWARD PLAN OF CABINET DECISIONS PDF 134 KB To note the latest Forward Plan of key decisions. Any further changes made to the Forward Plan will be reported to the Committee.
	SCRUTINY OF CABINET REPORT The following report will be considered by the Cabinet on 8 March 2022. The Committee’s comments will be presented to the Cabinet by the Chair when it determines the report. The Committee is requested to consider issues arising from the report. The Cabinet Member requested to attend for the following item is Councillor Glen Sanderson, Leader of the Council.
5.	Climate Change Update PDF 503 KB The report provides an update on progress against the Climate Change Action Plan 2021-23, published in January 2021.
	OVERVIEW AND SCRUTINY REPORT The Cabinet Member requested to attend for the following items is Councillor Jeff Watson, Portfolio Holder for Healthy Lives.
6.	Library Service Strategy 2021-2025 PDF 197 KB The report provides an update on the development of the Library Service Strategy 2021-2025. Members previously received briefings covering the key findings from the Library Service Public Consultation completed in June 2020.
	REPORT OF THE SCRUTINY CO-ORDINATOR
7.	Communities and Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee Work Programme and Monitoring Report PDF 152 KB The Overview and Scrutiny Committee operates within a work programme which is agreed at the start of the Council year. The programme is reviewed at each meeting so that it can be adjusted to reflect the wishes of the Committee and take account of any changes to the latest Forward Plan (which outlines decisions to be taken by the Cabinet). The Committee is asked to review and note its work programme for the 2021/22 council year.
