2. The Committee’s comments will be presented to the Cabinet by the Chair when it determines the report. The Committee is requested to consider issues arising from the report. 5a	Update on Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) Round 2 Inspection report into Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) PDF 393 KB The report provides an update on the findings of Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) following the publication of the second inspection report into Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service on 15 December 2021.
5b	Empty Homes in Northumberland PDF 462 KB The report provides an overview for members regarding the issue of empty homes in the county, the measures the Council are undertaking to bring them into use and the challenges that this represents.
5c	Northumberland Infrastructure Funding Statement PDF 124 KB The Northumberland Infrastructure Funding Statement, which reports on developer contributions (via Section 106 agreements) was submitted to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, in December 2021. The purpose of this report is to explain the Infrastructure Funding Statement and summarise what it reported for the year 2020 / 2021. 	REPORT OF THE SCRUTINY CO-ORDINATOR
6.	Communities and Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee Work Programme and Monitoring Report PDF 145 KB The Overview and Scrutiny Committee operates within a work programme which is agreed at the start of the Council year. The programme is reviewed at each meeting so that it can be adjusted to reflect the wishes of the Committee and take account of any changes to the latest Forward Plan (which outlines decisions to be taken by the Cabinet). The Committee is asked to review and note its work programme for the 2021/22 council year.
