(1)   Variation of Premises Licence in respect of the Queens Head, Newbiggin by the Sea, NE64 6AT

 

To determine an application for the variation of a premises licence from Ward Hadaway Solicitors on behalf of Springs Sanctuary Spa (Kingston Park) Ltd in respect of Queens Head, 7 High Street, Newbiggin by the Sea, NE64 6AT.

 

The applicant has applied to vary the licence to extend the area in within which the licensable activities can take place, to modernise the conditions attached to the licence and to add films, live music, late night refreshment as licensable activities and to make changes to the layout of the premises.

 

Six objections have been received from interested parties on the grounds of: -

 

 

 

prevention of public nuisance

• prevention of crime and disorder

• public safety
