Variation of Premises Licence in respect of Auction House, Bridge Street, Morpeth, NE61 1PQ.

 

To determine an application for the variation of a premises licence from Mr Phillip Steel on behalf of Hotels International Ltd in respect of Auction House, Bridge Street, Morpeth.

 

The applicant has applied to vary the licensable activities to increase the time for recorded music indoors from 9:00 – 00:00 and the addition of off-premises supply of alcohol in sealed containers. One representation of support and three objections have been received from interested parties on the grounds of the prevention of public nuisance.
