Cabinet will be requested to approve a course
of action that is a matter reserved to Northumberland County
Council as Shareholder under the Articles of Association of its
wholly-owned group companies Northumberland Enterprise Holdings Ltd
(“NEHL”) and Northumbria Integrated Consultancy Ltd
(“NIC”). The Boards of NEHL and NIC have agreed to a
course of action that can only be executed with Shareholder
approval.
