This report updates Cabinet and seeks approval
and key decisions regarding the development and delivery of the
Energising Blyth Culture and Placemaking Programme (CPP).
The CPP is a package of culture and placemaking measures in Blyth.
This aims to catalyse Blyth’s cultural revival, supporting
the benefits of the wider investments in the town.
This project is part of the Energising Blyth Regeneration Programme
including projects supported by the Future High Streets Fund and
Blyth Town Deal.
